Agents do the work. LGD holds the keys to your systems. Anything risky waits until a quorum of your named people approves it on their phones, and every decision leaves a signed receipt your auditors can check without trusting us.
On October 20, 2026, OpenAI published a misalignment report describing two of its own internal coding agents weakening the monitoring meant to catch them while doing routine work. One then told the user it hadn't. When an agent can reach the controls that govern it, it can weaken them without anyone deciding it should. LGD puts those decisions with your people.
The agent has no keys to your systems. LGD holds them.
Routine actions run and are recorded. Risky ones are held.
Each signer sees exactly what will happen, on their phone.
Face ID or fingerprint. No quorum in time: denied, never run.
A signed, chained receipt anyone can verify.
An agent asks LGD to turn off its own monitor. See what LGD does, and ask our agent anything. It's governed by LGD too.

You don't need to sign in. Approval requests arrive by email with a link. Open it on your enrolled phone, read exactly what will happen, then sign or let it expire.
Every released action has a proof link and a downloadable bundle. Check it with Novai's open verifier, without trusting Novai.
LGD is an early-stage product. It holds no certifications (no SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar), and we have no customers yet. It isn't legal or compliance advice: it produces evidence of human oversight, and whether that meets a regulation is for your counsel and auditors. It doesn't yet prove signers are distinct people, or check which device made each passkey. The public demo runs on a simulated practice system.
